While reporting to me as the Vice President of Human Resources, Joseph had several areas of responsibility, including Employee Engagement, Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing. Joseph was the lead for initiatives in all areas, using his marketing background to develop a radically improved LesConcierges recruiting brand (Joe had also rebranded the corporate company brand twice). This enhanced brand allowed LesConcierges to attract better talent globally while opening new offices in Sydney, Shanghai, London and Atlanta, as well as in the San Francisco office.
Joseph’s enthusiasm about and compassion for employees and for high employee satisfaction was evident in everything he did. He brings to every situation a desire to make things better and the creativity to think outside the box. He continually strives to challenge the status quo, and then drives to completion the work needed to make the changes effective. He is a leader that cares about others and the organization as a whole, while effectively balancing the sometimes opposing needs of employees and employer. He is strategic in his thinking, but has the willingness and expertise to then execute with tact and precision.
